Voici trois exemples concrets de situations o\u00f9 notre approche par l&rsquo;EFT s\u00e9curise l&rsquo;entreprise et le collaborateur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcbc Cas n\u00b01 : Le d\u00e9part d&rsquo;un collaborateur cl\u00e9 dans un climat de tension<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>La situation :<\/strong> \u00c0 la suite d&rsquo;un d\u00e9saccord strat\u00e9gique ou d&rsquo;une rupture conventionnelle difficile, un cadre manager quitte l&rsquo;entreprise avec une forte ranc\u0153ur, mena\u00e7ant le climat interne et l&rsquo;e-r\u00e9putation de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 (Glassdoor, LinkedIn).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>L&rsquo;intervention TPS :<\/strong> Une s\u00e9ance unique d&rsquo;EFT centr\u00e9e sur la digestion des conflits pass\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Le r\u00e9sultat :<\/strong> Le collaborateur \u00e9vacue sa col\u00e8re, quitte la structure de mani\u00e8re digne et sereine, et se projette imm\u00e9diatement dans l&rsquo;avenir sans esprit de revanche.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udfe2 Cas n\u00b02 : L&rsquo;annonce d&rsquo;une restructuration ou d&rsquo;un PSE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>La situation :<\/strong> L&rsquo;entreprise doit faire face \u00e0 une r\u00e9organisation majeure. L&rsquo;annonce engendre un choc \u00e9motionnel collectif (peur de l&rsquo;avenir, col\u00e8re, sid\u00e9ration) qui paralyse le travail et d\u00e9grade le dialogue social.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>L&rsquo;intervention TPS :<\/strong> Un dispositif d&rsquo;urgence avec des permanences de s\u00e9ances individuelles pour les salari\u00e9s impact\u00e9s et les \u00e9quipes RH en premi\u00e8re ligne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Le r\u00e9sultat :<\/strong> La charge \u00e9motionnelle brute est d\u00e9samorc\u00e9e.
